If you are nevertheless not satisfied with a product or service, you can contact us by email info@twistshop.nl .
Then we will look for a solution together.

Delivery times:

We aim to have products delivered to your home within 2 working days .

Of course we are dependent on the delivery people.

Cancel order?

You can send an email to info@twistshop.nl .
Please indicate whether you wish to cancel the entire order or part of it.
If your order has not yet been shipped, we will apply this to your order.
We will then refund the amount within 5 working days to the account you used to pay for the order.

Conditions for returning an item:

After receiving your order, you have 14 days to return it under the following conditions:

• Send an email to info@twistshop.nl
• The item must be in its original packaging.
• The item and packaging must be unused and undamaged.
• All labels and tags must be attached to the item.
• The item must always be carefully packaged for shipping, for example in a box or envelope.

If the return is not submitted in accordance with the above rules, it cannot be processed.

Refund after return:

Once we have received the return and it has been processed, the amount will be refunded to you within 5 working days.
You will receive an email confirmation once the return has been processed by us.

Return costs:
If you decide to return items, the return costs are for you.
Always make sure the items are properly packed and ask for proof of postage.

Swap?
If you want a different item, you can place a new order on the site.

We will refund the money separately for the item you returned.
